Nooks and Crannies

1.
Waiting on a calling that is taken From the haunting things forsaken Hey we brought up from the ground When it became the loss and the doubt Sometimes I can see both sides I reap and weep for my trials But I'm beginning to watch and learn Seeking less for more returns Well I don't mind if I might Fight through strife for the upside I've got the right to be right Once in awhile Fiction contains me now I'm in the middle of lashing out It's not too bright this sight Half the battle is to realize Sometimes I can see both sides I reap and weep for my trials But I'm beginning to watch and learn Seeking less for more returns

Little Seeds 03:36
Yet as often as it may be said Isn't defeat the best med for the head Whether you're far along or coming on strong It'll cure, and you'll endure what you'll endure Too many wishes, not enough candles Too many fishes, not enough ocean I am saving this up Untl I'm able to touch The heart of the sky Plant little seeds like fireflies Blooming conversions to exemplify Peace, love, and life I will plan to ponder this farther To assure it's not awkward when I sound out Don't go a rye, please let me try harder
3.
You told me once I couldn't have seen Such a thing Meant for me And in the foreground There's a Melody Softening To bring me back down These circumstances Draw second chances Thirds and fourths Till none are left And in the foreground There's a Melody Softening To bring me back down Fallin' for your luck Easy does it now Only you take the fall Only you pick yourself up And in the foreground There's a Melody Softening To bring me back down So I make the path wide Now that I've taught my eyes To view for themselves Not anything else And in the foreground There's a Melody Softening To bring me back down
4.
If we go our separate ways now This surely will pass You can grasp ahold or calm down Before you think again to ask Is this troublesome to me, to be deceived? You just burn, burn, burn like a wick in the sun Should you change for anyone I don't speak for anyone When I say it can be done I'm sure we both know, it is what it is Walking in shapes Horns softly play That I want you to do waht you want to do You just burn, burn, burn like a wick in the sun Should you change for anyone
5.
Addison Rose 03:26
With a walk by the flowers lining the porch My, how I've loved the road traveled just to know That the rare things take time before they can fly Last thoughts, as colors arrive She was much to these My Addison Rose Will I always cope, or denote a bird of flight again? Should your feet meet the rocks weathered in the sand Thrown from my hand Last thoughts, keep a silhouette in mind She was much to these My Addison Rose When I stretch my arms to see those morning sheets I drown the thoughts in sleep Or count the seams where she laid next to me Last thoughts... She was much to these My Addison Rose
6.
I gazed upon an aeroplane Decending over the golden gate And I am amazed in this case How quickly things pick up pace, Yet they manage to slow down I wrote it in a sonnet That I'm ending those open wounds Using white lies, cause they're harmless And they cover my misgivings too I need the wind to change speed Bring all that peace in new beginnings Something to come Make it something to come I relinquish the excess weight Saving only my time and fate And I will them frequently Lend and send each word spoken That it might be good to slow down
7.
The rocks in the riverbed are thin like leaves Still preserve through history, like me Only I decide where I reside I've plenty of patience looking for places Appearing to be just right, might catch one sometime Dum dum lah dah da Da dum dum ladda dum Dum dah dah lah dah da dum I was runnin about by the ancient stones Chasing the tail of a black crow underneath the morning heat And I decide where I reside I've plenty of patience looking for places Appearing to be just right, might catch one sometime Dum dum lah dah da Da dum dum ladda dum Dum dah dah lah dah da dum The winds are calm when the sun goes down Works of art are painted on the town And receive a poetic critique When all is just right... might catch one sometime
8.
In closing I defend I might give life a second wind Come the time I'm in or out of control It's the only thing I truly don't know I've been regarding since the start That I've been taking it to heart That winners always win And losers fall for sins For me, it's a bit of everything Crescent in the sky never seemed to float by It's so hard to abide by the time we leave No matter if it is to be the best it could be I've been regarding since the start That I've been taking it to heart That winners always win And losers fall for sins For me, it's a bit of everything I'm used to being the adversary Chasing around other's mysteries But heavier the head Heavier the fold
9.
Broken arrows only fly so far In the hearts given up or sold Thus birds of a feather Must flock together Rely on whatever Your neighbor tells you so Darkness, let's start with this Forgets the roots we've grown Pretends their not our own Harness, don't pardon this It's in your bones Your teardrops and your tone You can't teach the simple pleasures But you can read into whether You're possessed by possessions Or you impress with your impressions
10.
Summer isn't just the season That I intend to implore my reason I heighten the peaks that I often keep So as I speak I arrive at the deep Summer Blooms with every inch of reach Holding an infancy without complacency That I embrace once more
